A Valentine Repost..........hugs to all......

If you knew what I know about the power of
generosity,
you would not let a single meal go by
without sharing it!
Buddha

On Valentine's Day a wrinkled old man sat on the bus seat holding a bouquet of beautiful red roses. Across the aisle from him sat a young woman. He had seen her several times riding this bus and her eyes always looks so sad, locked to the floor. She rarely made eye contact or smiled. Today however she kept glancing at his bouquet. Again and again.
The time came for the old man to get off the bus. He stood slowly, holding tight to the rail over head and the bouquet of roses. He paused in front of the young woman.
"Here." he said. "I can see that you love these roses. I was taking them to my wife, but I know she would want you to have them."

The young woman smiled and replied, "Oh, I couldn't. What would you tell your wife."
The old man looked down and smiled at the young girl, "I will just tell her that I gave them to you, she will understand."

"Thank you and tell your wife thank you, will you please?"
"I will do that."
The young women gave a delightful smile and watched the old man get off the bus...and walk through the gates of the cemetery.

When we have the opportunity to help anyone, we should do it. (Galatians 6:10 NCV)
Happy Valentines Day!
